Refund Policy

1. GENERAL POLICY

All services provided are custom professional services involving time, labor, and allocated resources.

Accordingly:

  • Upfront payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

2. CLIENT CANCELLATION

2.1 Before Work Begins

Cancellations prior to work initiation may be eligible for a partial refund, less administrative and processing fees, at the Company’s discretion.

2.2 After Work Begins

If cancellation occurs after work has begun:

  • The upfront payment is non-refundable
  • The Client remains responsible for work completed or in progress

3. COMPANY CANCELLATION

The Company may cancel services due to non-payment, breach, or circumstances beyond control. Refunds (if any) are calculated based on work completed.


4. NO REFUNDS FOR COMPLETED SERVICES

No refunds are issued for:

  • Completed services
  • Approved deliverables
  • Delays caused by Client actions or inaction

5. DISPUTE TIMEFRAME

All refund or service disputes must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period are waived.
