3. Project Initiation (50% Upfront Payment)
Work begins upon receipt of a 50% upfront payment.
4. Coordinated Production & Translation
Translation and video production proceed according to agreed milestones.
5. Completion & Final Payment
The remaining 50% balance is due after project fulfillment and prior to final delivery.
6. Final Delivery
All approved materials are delivered in the agreed formats.

This service operates under a straightforward two-stage billing model:
