Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Moonveil Media Productions, we are committed to delivering high-quality multimedia services tailored to the creative vision of our clients. Please review our Refund and Cancellation Policy below to understand your rights and responsibilities when working with us.

1. Deposits and Payment Terms

All projects require a 50% deposit to initiate production. This deposit secures your project slot and covers initial administrative and creative preparation. The remaining 50% balance is due within 90 days of the deposit date, regardless of project status or delays on the client’s end.

2. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their project at any time by submitting a written request via email. Please note the following:

  • If cancellation occurs within 3 days of payment, a full refund of the deposit may be issued, provided no work has begun.

  • If cancellation occurs after 3 days but before significant production work has started, a partial refund may be granted at our discretion, minus any administrative or creative work already completed.

  • If cancellation occurs after production has begun, no refund will be issued. In such cases, all work completed to date will be delivered “as is.”

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once initiated:


  • Audiobook production

  • Book trailers or author video shoots
  • Press releases, publicity kits, or any public relations work
  • Social media content or branding materials
  • Voiceover casting and recording
  • Design and animation services
 These services involve third-party coordination, studio time, and creative planning that cannot be recovered once work is underway.

4. No-Show and Inactivity Clause


Failure to respond or remain in contact for 30 consecutive days will result in your project being placed on hold. After 60 days of inactivity, the project will be considered abandoned, and no refund will be granted. Reinstating an abandoned project may require a reactivation fee.

5. Service Disputes

We encourage open communication and welcome any concerns about project direction or quality. However, requesting a refund after a service has been rendered, especially after approval of delivered work (e.g., video drafts, audio files, or promotional materials), will not be honored. Disputes will be reviewed carefully, but our policy prioritizes transparency and fairness for both parties.

6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 business days and issued through the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
