These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Moonveil Media Productions (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By engaging our services, approving a proposal, submitting payment, or otherwise authorizing work to begin, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge and agree to these Terms in full.

2. SERVICES
Moonveil Media Productions provides professional services, including but not limited to:
- Translation services (Spanish, Japanese, Hebrew, Mandarin)
- Video editing and post-production
- Subtitling and captioning
- Multilingual video adaptation
- Related professional services as defined in a written agreement
All services are custom, project-based professional services and are not mass-produced, automated, or pre-packaged.
3. AUTHORIZATION TO CHARGE
By submitting payment, the Client expressly authorizes Moonveil Media Productions to charge the selected payment method for:
- The upfront project initiation fee
- Any subsequent balance due under the agreed scope
This authorization constitutes consent for professional services to commence and serves as acknowledgment that the services are non-tangible, custom, and time-based.
4. SCOPE OF WORK
All services are governed by a written scope of work, proposal, or service agreement (“Agreement”).
Any work requested outside the agreed scope requires written approval and may result in additional fees or revised timelines.
5. TIMELINES & DELIVERY
- Typical project timelines are 2–3 weeks from project initiation.
- Timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
- Delays caused by client inaction, incomplete materials, revisions, or scope changes extend timelines accordingly.
The Company is not responsible for delays caused by the Client or third parties.
6. PAYMENT TERMS
6.1 Billing Structure
- 50% upfront payment is required to initiate work.
- 50% balance is due upon project fulfillment and prior to final delivery.
6.2 Condition of Delivery
Final deliverables will not be released until the full balance is paid.
6.3 Non-Payment
Failure to remit payment may result in suspension, termination, or withholding of deliverables.
7. NO GUARANTEES OR OUTCOMES
Moonveil Media Productions makes no guarantees regarding:
- Business results
- Market acceptance
- Audience response
- Financial or commercial outcomes
The Company’s obligation is limited to delivering the services defined in the Agreement.
8. CLIENT ACCEPTANCE & DISPUTES
8.1 Acceptance
Services are deemed accepted when:
- Deliverables are provided; or
- The Client fails to raise a written objection within 7 calendar days of delivery.
8.2 Dispute Window
Any concerns or disputes must be submitted in writing to
info@moonveilmediaproductions.com within 7 days of delivery.
Failure to do so constitutes acceptance and waiver of dispute rights.
9. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment reversals without first contacting the Company to resolve the issue.
Chargebacks initiated without prior written dispute notice may be contested using:
- Signed agreements
- Payment authorization records
- Delivery evidence
- Communication logs
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account termination and recovery of associated costs.

10. EXPLICIT SERVICE DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
Service delivery is deemed complete when Moonveil Media Productions provides the Client with access to, transmission of, or availability of the agreed deliverables, including but not limited to delivery via email, secure file transfer, cloud-based access, or written notification that services have been completed.
Electronic delivery constitutes valid delivery for all professional services rendered.
11. CLIENT REVIEW AND ACCEPTANCE
Upon service delivery, the Client shall have seven (7) calendar days to review the delivered work and notify Moonveil Media Productions in writing of any material issues related to scope or execution.
If no written objection is received within seven (7) calendar days, the services shall be deemed accepted, fully rendered, and non-disputable.
Acceptance includes acknowledgment that services were delivered in accordance with the agreed scope.
12. EMAIL-BASED ACCEPTANCE EVIDENCE
The Client agrees that email communications, file delivery notifications, access logs, and written correspondence shall constitute valid evidence of service delivery, review opportunity, and acceptance.
Written confirmation from the Client acknowledging receipt, feedback, or continued engagement after delivery shall be deemed affirmative acceptance of services rendered.
13. IMPLIED ACCEPTANCE
Continued communication, feedback requests, revision requests, or use of delivered materials following service delivery shall constitute implied acceptance of the services.
14. CHARGEBACK ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
The Client acknowledges that initiating a chargeback without first following the dispute process outlined in these Terms constitutes a misuse of the chargeback process.
Moonveil Media Productions reserves the right to contest chargebacks using all available documentation, including agreements, invoices, delivery records, and communication history.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- Client retains ownership of materials provided.
- Upon full payment, the Client receives a non-exclusive right to use the delivered work for its intended purpose.
- No ownership transfer occurs unless expressly agreed in writing.
12. CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of non-public information exchanged during the engagement, except as required by law.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
- Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the project.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
